Google recently has disclosed one other exciting feature that is linked to Gmail and named as e-mail delegation. If you are having more than one Gmail accounts then this is the feature that is going to make you manage and access your multiple Gmail accounts and you need not to even sign in and out of your accounts again and again manually.
The feature of Email delegation was initially utilized to give permission to your secretary or PA to access your primary Gmail ID. As this feature was introduced, anyone who possesses multiple Gmail accounts can easily access multiple Gmail account with just one click.
You can get this feature activated by browsing through the Gmail settings that can be accessed on the top right corner of the Gmail Inbox Window, follow the on-screen instructions and you will be permitting your other Gmail accounts and they will be connected to your primary Gmail ID.
All you need to do is to locate the tab which is named as “Grant Access to your account” which is going to be under the Accounts tab. It is a new section added to the Gmail settings and there you can easily permit other Gmail IDs and you will be able to access your other Gmail accounts from one ID.
As soon as you feed your other Gmail accounts, you will be getting notifications on your secondary Gmail IDs which is nothing but verification email. Once you have confirmed the account will be added and will be a part of your initial Gmail account and you can access it without even signing on and out as many times you want. The primary email account will be displayed in the email messages sent from your added email IDs while you are making use of this feature.
